General Information

Every visitor to South Africa must hold a valid passport.

Passport holders from over 80 countries can visit South Africa without a visa. Visa information can be obtained through your travel agent or by contacting the nearest South African diplomatic or consular representative.

Neither SEMDSA 2026 nor Londocor Event Management accepts liability for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property, or for any additional expenses incurred by conference participants, whether during the congress or as a result of delays, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances. Participants are requested to make their own arrangements for health, travel, and cancellation insurance.

The electricity supply in South Africa operates at 220–240 volts with a frequency of 50 Hz. Electrical outlets require a round three-pin plug. Travelers are advised to ensure they have the appropriate adapters and voltage converters for their devices.

Arrangement of airport transfers and general transport is the responsibility of the delegate.

We recommend the following transfer company by clicking here, with whom we maintain a professional partnership. Please note, however, that we are not affiliated with this company and do not assume any responsibility or liability for bookings, payments, delays, cancellations, service quality, or any other matters arising from the use of their services. All arrangements are made directly between the delegate and the transport provider, and delegates are advised to liaise with the company directly for confirmations and enquiries.

We strongly recommend making early accommodation reservations. For available options, please visit the accommodation page here.
