Registration Terms and Conditions

By registering for SEMDSA 2026, you confirm your acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined below:

Access to and attendance at the congress will be confirmed only upon receipt of payment.
Payment is due prior to the congress commencement. In the event of limited delegate availability, preference will be given to those who have fully paid their registration fees.
All early bird fees must be paid by the early bird deadline (16 February 2026). Failure to pay by this date will result in the delegate being liable for the standard registration fee.
A confirmation email will be sent upon registration, which will include the banking details as well as PayFast payment instructions. If an invoice is required, please contact bronwyn@londocor.co.za for assistance.
A payment confirmation email will be sent once proof of payment has been received, and the payment has cleared and been identified in the congress bank account. Proof of payment must be emailed to bronwyn@londocor.co.za.
Please ensure that all payments clearly reference the delegate’s surname. Failure to do so may result in the payment not being identifiable in the bank account, which could delay the issuance of the receipt.
All payments must be made payable to SEMDSA 2026.
Registrations are transferable to delegates who have not yet registered.
Delegates attending from outside South Africa are requested to make payments in South African Rands (ZAR) and are responsible for covering any associated bank charges. The full delegate registration fee must be reflected in the congress bank account. If the amount received is less than the invoiced fee, the delegate will be required to pay the difference in cash on-site before being allowed to participate.
Online registration will close on Thursday 16 May 2026, at 12:00 AM (SAST). After this, onsite registrations will be available, along with the applicable onsite fees.

Cancellation Terms and Conditions

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to bronwyn@londocor.co.za.
Cancellations received by 16 February 2026, will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations received from 17 February 2026 will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
All refunds will be processed after the conference, subject to approval by the Organising Committee, which reserves the right to decline refund requests.
