Registration includes access to all congress sessions, the trade exhibition, breaks with tea and coffee, lunches, a delegate pack, and the gala dinner. Workshops, accommodation, travel, transport, and SEMDSA membership are not included.

Registration Fee Summary

Payment Type

Please use your surname as a reference when submitting payment. The banking details will be supplied once you have submitted your registration. Notice of cancellation must be given in writing to nadia@londocor.co.za. Cancellations received by 16 February 2026, will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations received from 17 February 2026, will incur a 100% cancellation fee. All refunds will be processed after the conference, subject to approval by the Organising Committee, which reserves the right to decline refund requests.
